What to Expect

Fresh air, amazing sunsets, bright stars, and open spaces. The Stasney Ranch is at the end of the day, a large working cattle, oil, and hunting ranch. There will be abundant wildlife and dirt roads. There’s also not enough concrete to keep all the wildlife back from your front door to make this a 5 star establishment.

If staying for three nights and under, we don’t offer a cleaning service. If staying longer, please coordinate with our staff and we will accommodate.

Unless you setup meals with our staff, you have a 5 mile drive to town for restaurants or the Brookshire’s grocery store. Please bring your own beer and wine as you’ll have to drive a little further given the county is dry.

We don’t have formal lobby hours, but you will have the contact information of our caretakers to schedule activities or for any concerns.

The swimming pool and lake are use at your own risk. We ask that you stay on the main roads and if you want to explore, our wildlife manager would be happy to setup a wildlife safari. For more details please see our policies section.
